About Shooter Hero
Shooter Hero drops you into a top-down arena where everything wants you dead and your only advantage is a trigger finger. The screen fills with enemies within seconds - spiders, blobs, skeletons, whatever the level throws at you - and your job is to out-shoot the swarm while dodging the bullets coming back.
It's a twin-stick survival shooter at heart. You move with one hand, aim and fire with the other, and the action rarely lets up. Kills drop XP gems that level you up mid-fight, and each level-up offers a choice of upgrades: faster fire, spread shots, piercing rounds, extra health, magnet range. Build choices compound, and a run that starts slow can turn into a screen-clearing powerhouse by wave ten.
The loop is tight. Die, restart, try a different upgrade path, get further. Runs last five to fifteen minutes, which makes it easy to justify one more attempt.
This build runs clean in the browser with no install. Mouse aim keeps it precise, and the difficulty curve rewards aggressive play - camping in a corner gets you swarmed.

How to Play
Move with WASD or arrow keys. Your character auto-fires toward the mouse cursor, so aiming is a matter of pointing where you want bullets to go.
Walk over XP gems dropped by kills to fill your experience bar. When it fills, you level up and pick one of three random upgrades. Early picks shape your build for the entire run.
Keep moving constantly. Most enemies are melee and will pile onto a stationary target. Circle the arena, kite groups, and pick off stragglers.
Boss waves hit every few minutes with a tougher enemy and a health bar. Clear the surrounding trash before focusing the boss, or you'll get flanked.

Pro Tips
Pick one damage type and commit. Mixing piercing with spread sounds good but underperforms compared to going deep on a single scaling upgrade.
Magnet range is underrated early. It auto-collects gems so you can focus on dodging instead of walking over every drop.
Health regen upgrades are a trap if taken too early - offense scales better and kills end fights before you take damage.
Don't hoard your dash or movement ability. Use it liberally to escape being cornered.
